Lead-Time: Every order Trade Labels produces is custom printed with your choice of font, colors and product mix. We do not inventory labels due to information changes and the fact that we have over 12,000 items in the database. Orders are normally produced within seven to ten days of receipt. Please allow lead-time for shipping when you plan your order. If you have a tight deadline, please call Trade Labels at (888) 285-5522 to confirm the current work schedule as it is subject to change.

A rush charge of 30% is added to all orders required in less than the time frame listed above.

Payment: We do not accept credit cards. If you are a first-time customer, Trade Labels requires prepayment by check or C.O.D. An order confirmation with your total will be sent to you after we receive your order.

There is a $15 minimum order for labels, plus shipping and handling.

Please note, some states may have special labeling requirements. Please check with your local authorities prior to ordering as we format our labels to meet federal regulations. Labels can be customized to fit your needs.
